Phone Monitor Description From the Developer:
Phone Monitor is an online timer mainly aimed at the British market but it can be changed for most countries and operators. It remains in the system tray and automatically monitors the cost and time of the call.
Phone Monitor will detect all modem connections i.e. AOL, CompuServe and All Windows Dial-Up Connections.It will allow multi-user logging using the Windows 95 & NT username automatically. It has a separate options program to make the monitoring program more efficient and smaller.
