Tee-Time II

Tee Time II: A tee-time reservation system for two golf courses or for maintaining reservations for front and back nines individually. Reservations may be made for all players by an operator and with optional network-ready configuration, members may enter their own times simultaneously.

The program provides restricted days/times for up to 6 classes of players and allows future reserved times for tournaments. Multiple-round league play reservations may be entered with a single entry. Reservations defaults and restrictions may be set for each course or each 9. Communicate with members via email.

Stand-Alone reservations system for two golf courses. Individual control and simultaneous entry for each course. Enter and edit

names/times directly into the program for immediate reference, printing and statistics.

Simultaneously enter green-fees guests and have members enter their own times with the networking option

Send individual or multiple emails to members and regular players. Ideal for promoting and informing.

Optional function for pre-selling limited rounds of golf. Limit to specific dates and/or times if required. Program decrements the number of rounds available as each reservation is made.

Optional magnetic card reader for identification of players, allowing them to enter their own tee-time reservations with the swipe of a card.

Set advance days minimums for each course and restrict play for any time/day periods for up to 6 classes of members
